Where You Opt In

You opt in on a Cousin Otto request form. On the quote request form, the boxes are on step 4, Contact. The form opens from "Get a Free Quote" on the home page and is built into the tow request page. Both boxes start unchecked. You choose whether to check one, both, or neither.

By checking either SMS box above, you consent to receive text messages from Cousin Otto LLC at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
